Are you starting to hear that little voice in your head as we creep up to the “silly  season” again?

Is your diary getting busier by the minute and you can’t even think about all the Christmas shopping you still have to do? Ahhhh yes!

Well, I am not sure about you guys but I definitely get to this time of year and start reflecting on the year that was and also the new year ahead.

What were my wins this year? How about my challenges?

I also start thinking about what GOALS I would like to hit next year, I guess what I am trying to say is my brain goes into overdrive and things start getting a bit crazy …

So it inspired me to write this blog topic “Staying sane in the silly season

I know I have already started with my wellness rituals and have all my healing and complimentary sessions booked in, right up until Christmas to keep me sane.

How many Reiki sessions are recommended?

The number of sessions required for treatment is dependent on what a client’s needs are at the time. However, it usually takes up to 4 one hour sessions for most to begin to feel the healing effects, and more for those with more serious needs.
